Alberto brings over 20 years of experience in industrial engineering and more than 15 years in food safety, operations management, and organic certification. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology and is a Certified Food Safety Professional with deep expertise in clean food systems and regulatory compliance.
His leadership has helped develop safe, reliable operations from farm to customer, guided by a deep consciousness of Earth, energy, and the responsibility we hold to both. Alberto’s work ensures that everything we deliver is rooted in integrity—from sourcing to the doorstep.

With over 10 years of professional sales experience and a lifelong background in produce, Alberto Romero Jr. brings energy, knowledge, and a deep commitment to service to every client interaction. Growing up surrounded by the produce business, Alberto developed an early passion for the organic lifestyle and an eye for quality that sets him apart.
Known for his exceptional customer service and friendly, reliable approach, he plays a key role in building strong relationships with the local businesses ARKR, LLC proudly serves. Whether it’s a mom-and-pop grocery store or a busy restaurant, Alberto Jr. ensures that each partner receives personalized support and trusted delivery.
Outside of work, he’s an avid gardener who enjoys staying grounded—literally and figuratively—in the values of sustainability and care that define ARKR.

With over 5 years of experience in sales, Jesus Montoya brings valuable expertise from working with one of the largest beverage distribution companies on the American West Coast. His time in the industry taught him the importance of consistency, professionalism, and strong client relationships—skills he now brings to every ARKR delivery and interaction.
Jesus is known for being loyal, hardworking, respectful, and always committed to excellence. Whether working with local markets or restaurant clients, he approaches each task with integrity and care.
A strong believer in continuous growth, Jesus is dedicated to improving himself both personally and professionally, making him a trusted and evolving member of the ARKR team.
When he’s not on the road or supporting clients, you can find Jesus enjoying long rides as a cycling enthusiast or picking up new skills as a golf hobbyist.

Marketing & Business Administration
Myrna Eliana Montoya holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and brings over 10 years of experience in both business operations and finance. At ARKR, LLC, she leads all marketing efforts, using strategy, creativity, and a deep sense of purpose to help share the family’s mission with the Arizona community and beyond.
As the proud daughter of founder Alberto Romero, and someone who deeply admires and loves Karla Romero, Myrna brings both heart and professionalism to her role. She is passionate about telling ARKR’s story—highlighting the people, values, and purpose behind every delivery.
